Our Habits Define Us

We create our habits and then our habits create us. Look back over the last 5 years, what have you done consistently on a daily basis that has gotten you to where you are today. If we don’t like where we are at then we need to change what we do on a daily basis.

“Is what you are doing today getting you closer to where you want to be tomorrow?”

We all have good habits and bad habits. It all works the same. Both good and bad habits have created results. The most successful people in the world just have less bad habits then the rest of the people. It’s really that simple. It doesn’t take a genius to figure out that if I never work out then I won’t be in great shape. I challenge you today to take a look at your daily routines. Are your routines and behaviors setting you up to live a life of greatness?
