When one thinks of leadership qualities, there are a lot of general consistencies in what people think of: communication, confidence, etc… but what makes someone a grand slam leader is when you can come back from the losses, foul balls, and strikeouts. Grand slam leaders know how to tackle adversity and come back twice as strong. From these mistakes and missteps, I have become passionate about sharing my message in that you need to learn from people and learn from your mistakes to be the best leader you can be.

I have found that in order to become a grand slam leader and positively influence employees effectively, you need to grow your reality in order to grow your leadership. Own up to mistakes, humble yourself to learn something from everyone, and especially learn from those working under you! A united team is more powerful than a 90-mph fastball.
