Champion Adversity and Becoming a Grand Slam Leader

When one thinks of leadership qualities, there are a lot of general consistencies in what people think of: communication, confidence, etc… but what makes someone a grand slam leader is when you can come back from the losses, foul balls, and strikeouts. Grand slam leaders know how to tackle adversity and come back twice as strong. From these mistakes and missteps, I have become passionate about sharing my message in that you need to learn from people and learn from your mistakes to be the best leader you can be.

I have found that in order to become a grand slam leader and positively influence employees effectively, you need to grow your reality in order to grow your leadership. Own up to mistakes, humble yourself to learn something from everyone, and especially learn from those working under you! A united team is more powerful than a 90-mph fastball.

In my keynote, participants will master my 5 powers by learning:

1.

How to deliver thoughts most effectively to employees

2.

How to channel emotions into a competitor’s mindset

3.

How to become a master of your words to motivate employees to reach their full potential

4.

How to create associations among your company/ organization to unite the team

5.

How to take confident steps of action when faced with adversity

"We rarely find speakers that elicit such an immediate, unsolicited and positive response from attendees as Todd did. I received multiple comments that Todd was ‘one of the best speakers they’d ever seen’ – not just at industry event. Todd was also very welcoming and giving of his time in talking with attendees before and after his session. We highly recommend him!"
