Are you feeling overwhelmed?
I know, it’s when your calendar starts to pile up and your To-Do list just keeps growing and you’re not checking anything off.
We can get to a place of OVERWHELM.
What happens after we become overwhelmed? We think so much about being overwhelmed, we get stuck.
Here is the TIP of the day…
Be PRESENT with where you are right at this moment and just do what you can do.
You can’t be thinking about your To-Do list while you are focused on whatever task is at hand right now. You will get to it when you get to it!
The KEY to this whole strategy is to be 100% present with where you are and just do what you can do and be the BEST you can!

I totally agree! I was given a bad break just like Lou Gehrig with the horrible ALS disease! A relentless mindset is allowing me not to have ALS define me ! Thank U Todd!
I do Transcendental Meditation twice each day for 15 – 20 minutes. Then I feel refreshed all day!!

That is exactly what I need today. Life is piling on, but I can handle it one thing at a time.
Great advice. This period with having to stay at home has been good because it has narrowed down my calendar and kept me in better focus. It’s made me realize I can’t do everything at once.
