These Terms of Use govern your use of toddofficial.com and related pages, and any programs, events, coaching, digital products and merchandise offered by Stottlemyre International LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By using the site or buying from us, you agree to these terms.

Programs and purchases

Prices, schedules and what's included are described on each offer's page at the time of purchase. Some programs have their own enrollment terms (for example, The Inside Game enrollment terms). If a program's own terms conflict with these, the program's terms apply.

Refund policy

All sales are final. Because our programs, coaching, events and digital content are delivered or reserved for you at purchase, payments are non-refundable unless a program's own enrollment terms say otherwise. For recurring memberships or payment plans, you can cancel future billing as described in that program's terms; payments already made are not refunded. Physical merchandise that arrives damaged or incorrect will be replaced if you contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Events

Live and in-person events may be rescheduled or moved online if needed. If we reschedule, your registration carries over to the new date. Travel and lodging are your responsibility and are not refunded by us.

Todd Stottlemyre's coaching, speaking, programs and content are for education and personal development. They are not medical, psychological, financial or legal advice, and they are not a substitute for a licensed professional. Results depend on your effort and circumstances, and we make no guarantee of any specific outcome. Testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not a promise of typical results.

Your account and conduct

Keep your login details private. Don't share program access, recordings or materials, and don't use our site or communities to harass others, post unlawful content or send spam. We may suspend access for violations.

Intellectual property

All content on this site and in our programs, including videos, workbooks, text, logos and recordings, belongs to Stottlemyre International LLC or its licensors. You may use it for your own personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, resell or redistribute it without our written permission.

Text messages

By giving us your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Todd Stottlemyre / Stottlemyre International LLC about your inquiries, purchases, events and offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel and HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. See our Privacy Policy.

Our site may link to other websites and use third-party tools (such as payment, scheduling and video platforms). We're not responsible for their content or practices.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Stottlemyre International LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our programs, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
