Book Description:

Kat is a 38-year-old businesswoman with an unfortunate tendency to steamroll anyone in the path of her success… including her own son.

When faced with an unexpected turn of events that threaten to turn her world upside down, she is left with a choice: look inside herself, own up to the ways she’s been wrong, and make a change, or keep going the way she’s going and potentially lose everything.

With sharp wit, plot twists and a fast pace, The Observer will inevitably become a mirror to take a look inside ourselves just as Kat does―and find that no matter how long it takes, we all have the ability to change our trajectory.

“In The Observer, Todd’s concept of the 180-degree mindset aligns with my theory of every ‘coin’ having three sides — two sides and the edge. The more we see and learn and the more possibilities we explore, the smart and more powerful we become. Todd’s new book is, indeed, wisdom for the journey of life.”

—Robert Kiyosaki, author of the international bestseller Rich Dad Poor Dad

“The Observer is a well-written book that embodies the ups and downs and potential roadblocks in one’s pursuit of not only success but happiness. Todd was an amazing teammate, and I was always impressed and intrigued with his desire to want to be more than just a MLB pitcher. He was one of the most insightful, thought-provoking teammates I ever had, and I always enjoyed his company. I am not surprised of his knowledge and ability to instruct and describe what it means to be great and how you comprise a process and mindset to achieve excellence. His all-in and no-nonsense approach to everything he does is refreshing in today’s world.”

—Al Leiter, Former MLB pitcher and current MLB Network Analyst

The Observer created a new way for me to see the world. This story of a hard charging woman running a fashion company clearly illustrates how a simple change to your mindset can achieve untold results.
